Etleva Bodinaku, is the managing administrator of EMA Consulting. She is a geophysical engineer and held Master of Science diploma in environmental assessment systems. She has over 15 years of experience in environmental management. Her experience includes over 10 years as environmental specialist at Electrical Production and Distribution Enterprises (KESH, OSSH) and HSE head of Department at CEZ Albania.  She has been working as local expert for various projects of energy and infrastructure financed from IFIs (WB, EBRD, BEI) and Shell Upstream Albania, Ministry of Energy etc.

Klodian Aliu, is the Business Development Manager of EMA Consulting. He is an agri-environmental engineer, specialized in environmental management and holds MSc diploma for environmental technologies. He has worked for 8 years as environmental impact assessment (EIA) specialist and Head of EIA Department at the Ministry of Environment. He has been representing Albania in the United Nations (UNECE) for Environmental Conventions (Aarhus and Espoo). He has experience in institutional practice, implementation of environmental standards, environmental compliance and stakeholder engagement during the project cycle.
