Statkraft under Devoll Hydropower Sh.A is operating two HPP in Devolli river (Banja and Moglica HPP). The planned PS Moglice Extension is defined by the Concession Agreement as a Plant consisting of a pumping storage facility to be constructed near Moglice Plant and linked to the Moglice reservoir in the Devoll River Valley. The installed capacity will be approx. 1200 MW +/- 35% (up to 1620 MW), subject to the final design. EMA team has supported the feasibility study of PS Moglice Extension by conducting ccomprehensive biodiversity surveys in the project area and its TL corridor of circa 60km long from Moglica to Elbasani town. The survey scope included, habitats, flora, mammals, reptiles, amphibians and birds.
